Terms of Service

Effective date: August 21, 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of the Patriot Digital Collective (“PDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and general online services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. A proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement accepted by PDC and a client controls the scope, schedule, fees, deliverables, ownership, cancellation, refund, and support terms for that specific engagement. If it conflicts with these website terms, the engagement agreement controls.

Website information and requests

Website content is general information and is not a binding offer. Estimates, recommendations, availability, and timelines remain subject to review and a written agreement. Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide timely, accurate information, access, feedback, approvals, and materials reasonably needed for the work. Clients represent that they have the rights and permissions necessary for any text, images, data, trademarks, credentials, or other materials supplied to PDC. Delays or changes outside the agreed scope may affect price and schedule.

Fees and payments

Project fees, deposits, installments, recurring charges, taxes, due dates, cancellation terms, and refund terms are stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Payments may be processed by Stripe under Stripe’s applicable terms. The client is responsible for reviewing all amounts and recurring-payment terms before approving them.

Intellectual property

Ownership of custom deliverables is governed by the applicable agreement and, unless that agreement states otherwise, transfers only after full payment. PDC retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, templates, know-how, and reusable tools. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. PDC may identify completed work in its portfolio unless the applicable agreement says otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website, client portal, files, forms, or services to break the law; infringe another person’s rights; transmit malware; probe or bypass security; access another client’s information; interfere with operation; or send abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect users, systems, or the business.

Third-party services and results

Projects may rely on hosting companies, payment processors, software platforms, plugins, APIs, advertising networks, search engines, and other third parties. PDC does not control their availability, policies, approval decisions, or changes. Unless expressly guaranteed in a signed agreement, PDC does not promise a particular search ranking, traffic level, revenue result, conversion rate, or uninterrupted third-party service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The public website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, PDC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public website. Any liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. We may suspend or terminate website or portal access for misuse, security risk, or as allowed by an applicable agreement. These website terms are governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes concerning only these website terms will be brought in an appropriate court in Oklahoma unless an applicable agreement or law requires otherwise.
