Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 21, 2026

Patriot Digital Collective (“PDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides website, application, automation, artificial-intelligence, branding, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website, submit a request, communicate with us, make a payment, or use the client portal.

Information we collect

We may collect the information you provide through project inquiries, consultation requests, website reviews, newsletter signups, account creation, client-portal activity, proposals, support requests, and other communications. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, project details, preferences, messages, files, approvals, and billing-related records.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We may receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, billing contact information, and limited payment-method details, but we do not receive or store full card numbers.

Our website and service providers may automatically collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, security events, and similar usage information.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests; prepare and deliver services; administer accounts, projects, proposals, payments, and the client portal; provide support; send requested or service-related communications; improve the website and services; prevent fraud and security incidents; keep business and tax records; and comply with legal obligations.

When you consent to marketing communications, we may send relevant updates or offers. You may unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us. Service and transaction messages may still be sent when necessary.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, including GoDaddy and WordPress for hosting and site operation, Stripe for payments, Microsoft 365 and configured email services for communications, Google services for analytics and site tools, and Wordfence for website security. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect our rights, customers, systems, or the public; in connection with a business transaction; or with your direction or consent.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use necessary cookies for security, sessions, preferences, and client-portal functions, as well as analytics technologies that help us understand site use. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, although some features may not work correctly without them.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, contractual and support needs, legitimate business records, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, or to withdraw a marketing preference. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, or contractual reasons. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
